April 2nd (Pink Moon) Full Moon Farm-to-Table Dinner
A candlelit, full-moon farm-to-table dinner celebrating early spring, featuring a five-course seasonal menu by Jonathan Jones of Epilogue Kitchen paired with Vitae Springs wines.
Join us for an intimate evening at Vitae Springs Vineyard as we gather under the full moon for our Vine to Glass Farm-to-Table Chef Dinner Series.
Each dinner is a candlelit, communal experience set inside our tasting barn, guided by the rhythms of the lunar calendar and the agricultural season. These dinners are designed to be slow, sensory, and deeply connected to place—where the food, wine, and moment are in conversation with one another.
For our 2026 series, we are honored to welcome James Beard Best Chef Northwest semifinalist Jonathan Jones of Epilogue Kitchen. Jonathan will craft a five-course seasonal menu inspired by what the farm, vineyard, and surrounding region are offering at that moment. Each course will be paired with a Vitae Springs and Amica Luna wine, thoughtfully selected and poured by the winemakers.
Expect seasonal ingredients, intentional pacing, and a shared table experience with the people who grow the grapes and make the wine
