2024 Cynic Wines Diogenes Becoming, Viognier grapes fermented on skiins for 30 days.  Nothing added, nothing removed.

This reserve wine was made with minimal intervention from sustainably farmed estate Riesling grapes. The fruit comes from our old vine block, planted in 1979. The Riesling was pressed and fermented in terra cotta amphorae. This Riesling is bone dry, has a bracing acidity, and has notes of terra cotta, oyster shell, and lemon peel.

Keller Vineyard Chardonnay is a one of a kind, 25-case cuvée from organically farmed vines on Zena Hill, bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its radiant purity and depth.

Zenith Vineyard Chardonnay is our most textural expression. A south-facing site that yields tiny clusters, extended hang time, and luminous depth.

Our 2025 Pinot Gris comes from an old-vine, self-rooted German-clone block at Vitae Springs Vineyard and was harvested in three separate passes—one for bright acidity, one for phenolic ripeness and texture, and a final pass incorporating beautifully botrytized fruit.

The three picks were assembled into a single cuvée, barrel fermented and aged for six months, then rested for another four months in stainless steel before bottling.

In the glass, it’s layered and textural, with notes of ripe pear, quince, citrus, white flowers and subtle honeyed spice. There’s richness through the mid-palate, but plenty of freshness and acidity to keep the wine lifted and energetic.

A serious, age-worthy expression of Pinot Gris from one of our oldest vineyard blocks.
